Soon after this, Amal calls Sultana, who rushes Kausar and Seher out in the car of Irfan. When Amal inquires of her mother about Kausar Aunty and her daughter, Sultana lies and says that only her patients had visited, leaving Amal uneasy about her mother’s behavior.
