Everyone is shaken by the critical condition Moulana leaves behind

In an instant, Moulana passes out and faints, leaving Mahid panicked and terrified. Trying to find his way out of the situation, Mahid calls Tahir and requests him to bring Farid as soon as possible. Tahir comes in to put an end to the fight between Pervez and Farid and tells Farid about the emergency. Farid hurries up to investigate Moulana and informs him that his situation is very serious. He summons an ambulance and tells Moulana that they have to take him to the hospital immediately.

Husna and Nazima are devastated when they come there and find Moulana in his state. The air becomes tense and filled with fear, grief, and tension.

Sultana, her secret plan against Seher

In the meantime, Seher requests Sultana to provide Kausar with water. Sultana gets suspicious and believes Farid was just secretly assisting Kausar and even ordered her to his house. She gives Kausar water, although her mind starts to conceive something dangerous.

The next time Farid calls Sultana is to check whether Kausar has made it home safe. Sultana is lying and says that they are not here yet. Farid then requests her to tell him as soon as they do because he is dealing with a life-threatening medical issue.

Seizing this opportunity, Sultana emotionally plays with Kausar. She informs her that Farid will not come home because he has urgent business and proposes to assist her in taking Seher away from Pervez. She cautions Kausar that Pervez is a bad man and can easily hurt their family, offering Dubai as their place of refuge. Kausar hesitates, but Sultana goes on influencing her and even tells Seher to change her clothes.

Hospital Mob and Family Rift

Farid discloses at the hospital the horrifying reality that Moulana requires urgent brain surgery because of a clot. Husna goes on to accuse Seher so cruelly, calling her unlucky due to the status of Moulana. Pervez defends Seher, yet Mahid charges her with eloping. Pervez refuses to acknowledge this fact, which results in a heated discussion.

The reality gets worse, and Niyaz even threatens Pervez; Mahid tells him to get out. Nazima also contributes to the anger of Mahid towards Seher, further dividing the family.

Sultana Makes a Risky Strike

When they get back home, Sukrana is able to persuade Kausar to go away with Seher. Amal is heartbroken and hurt by the sight of her mother giving her dress to another person. In an effort to meet and persuade Amal, Sultana brutally prevents her daughter, Kausar, from visiting her daughter.

Sultana, later on, secretly summons Irfan to get him passports and visas, which clearly shows that she plans to take Seher and Kausar away.
